The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer of funds <br />after approval by the HRA. The totaI monthly fee is $901.67. The fee is transferred from <br />the HRA Fund to the Comrnunity Development Fund of the City. <br />2.2 The Contract for Housing Program Coordinatar Sea-vices is for a total of $55,OOp far 2008 <br />as approved by the HRA on March 18, 2008. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer <br />of funds after approval by the HRA, The total monthly fee is $458333. The fee is <br />transferred from the HRA Fund to the Community Develapznent Fund af the City. <br />3.0 Staff Recommended Actior� <br />�taff is recommending the approval, by consent, of the tra�lsfer of funds for administrative <br />services in the amount af $901.67 and staff services in the amount af $4583.33 for July 2008 per <br />cantract with the City of Roseville for HRA activities. <br />Prepared by.
