REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Director Approval: <br />� <br />Date: 11-18-08 <br />Item No: 6 b. <br />Agenda Section: <br />Consent Items <br />Item Description: Approval of administrative and staff services fee transfer of funds for <br />October, November and December 2008 (HF0062) <br />1.0 Requested Action <br />Approve, by consent, the transfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for administrative and staff <br />services per contract requirements for October, November and December 2008. <br />2.0 Background <br />2.1 The Contract for Administrative Services is for a total of $10,800 for 2008 as approved <br />by the HRA on January 15, 2008. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer of funds <br />after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $901.67. The fee is transferred from <br />the HRA Fund to the Community Development Fund of the City. <br />2.2 The Contract for Housing Program Coordinator Services is for a total of $55,000 for <br />2008 as approved by the HRA on March 18, 2008. The fee is prorated monthly with a <br />transfer of funds after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $4583.33.
