Agenda Section: Consent Items Item Description: Approval of administrative and staff services fee transfer of funds for 1.0 January, February and March 2009 Requested Action (HF0080) Approve, by consent, the transfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for administrative and staff services per contract requirements for January, February, and March 2009. 2.0 Background 2.1 The Contract for Administrative Services is for a total of $13,675 for 2009 as approved by the HRA on January 20, 2009. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer of funds after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $1,139.58. The fee is transferred from the HRA Fund to the Community Development Fund of the City. 2.2 The Contract for Housing Program Coordinator Services is for a total of $60,707 for 2009 as approved by the HRA on January 20, 2009. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer of funds after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $5,058.92. The fee is transferred from the HRA Fund to the Community Development Fund of the City. 2.3 3.0 The Contract for HRA Executive Director Services is for a total of $19,785.00 for 2009 as approved by the HRA on January 20, 2009. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer of funds after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $1,648.75. The fee is transferred from the HRA Fund to the Community Development Fund of the City. Staff Recommended Action Staff is recommending the approval, by consent, of the transfer of funds for administrative services in the amount of $3,418.75, staff Housing Program Coordinator in the amount of $15,176.75 and staff HRA Executive Director services in the amount of $4,946.25 for January, February, and March 2009 contract with the City of Roseville for HRA activities.
