EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE COUNTY OF RAMSEY STATE OF MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof , a regular meeting of the Village CounciI of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey gounty, Minnesota, waS duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, '"'t.Paul, Minnesota" onTTuesday, the 7th day of June. 1960, at 2::00 -o'clock P.M. Tile foIling members were present: Cedarholin,Flanagan,Keene,Sheilds and the were absent~ Carleon Trustee Keene introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AS TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 #354 BE IT RESOLVEr by the Vialage Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 as finally amended arid adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County !uditor of Ramsey County and, WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments and apportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary' Sewer Improvement No.. I was held on July 11,. 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 at whioh time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amen ded as provided by said resolution: of said date and certified and fil:ed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 and Whereas since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS" the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extendeaby the C01mty Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commenciag with an assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter. NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does herepy make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained i'n said assessment roll of October 4, 1957 and as amended as of July 24, 1958 against the following described propertjee= Original Assessment: Joy's Rice St Addition EX E 20ft $813.25 lots 25 thru 30 & all of lots 31 10. 1338-1 &B2, Blk 5 Apportionment: EX E 20 ft; lots 25 thru 28, blk. 5 Ex E 20 ft; lots 29 & 30 & all of lots 31 & S2, block 5 $605.00 $208.25
