REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Director Approval: <br />� <br />Date: 06-16-09 <br />Item No: 6 b. <br />Agenda Section: <br />Consent Items <br />Item Description: Approval of administrative and staff services fee transfer of funds for <br />1.0 <br />April, May and June 2009 <br />Requested Action <br />(HF0080) <br />Approve, by consent, the transfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for administrative and staff <br />services per contract requirements for April, May, and June 2009. <br />2.0 Background <br />2.1 The Contract for Administrative Services is for a total of $13,675 for 2009 as approved <br />by the HRA on January 20, 2009. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer of funds <br />after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $1,139.58. The fee is transferred <br />from the HRA Fund to the Community Development Fund of the City. There will not be <br />a quarterly transfer of Administrative Service fees for this quarter, based upon no <br />services were supplied. <br />2.2 The Contract for Housing Program Coordinator Services is for a total of $60,707 for <br />2009 as approved by the HRA on January 20, 2009. The fee is prorated monthly with a <br />transfer of funds after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $5,058.92. The fee <br />is transferred from the HRA Fund to the Community Development Fund of the City. <br />2.3 <br />3.0 <br />The Contract for HRA Executive Director Services is for a total of $19,785.00 for 2009 <br />as approved by the HRA on January 20, 2009. The fee is prorated monthly with a <br />transfer of funds after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $1,648.75.
