REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Director's Approval: <br />,�� <br />Date: 6-16-09 <br />Item No: 6.c. <br />Agenda Section: <br />Consent Items <br />Item Description: Approval of Le�al Fees for March — Apri12009 services (HF0079) <br />1.0 Requested Action <br />Approve, by consent, the payment of legal fees to Kennedy & Graven for services provided from <br />March — Apri12009 per contract requirements. <br />2.0 Background <br />2.1 A contract between the HRA and the law firm of Kennedy & Graven was approved for <br />2009. The contracts are reviewed and approved annually. <br />2.2 The Contract for Legal Services is on an hourly basis for time spent on HRA business. <br />The fee for service provided from March — April of 2009 is $2,122.75 per attached <br />invoices and are broken down.
