REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Director Approval: <br />a�� <br />Date: 06-16-09 <br />Item No: 6 a. <br />Agenda Section: <br />Consent Items <br />Item Description: Approval of financial service fee transfer of funds for <br />April, May, and June 2009 (HF0080) <br />1.0 Requested Action <br />Approve, by consent, the transfer of HRA funds to City of Roseville for financial service per <br />contract requirements for April, May, and June 2009. <br />2.0 Background <br />2.1 The Contract for Financial Services is for a total of $5,075 or 5% of the HRA total <br />administrative Budget for 2009 of $101,500. The fee is prorated monthly with a transfer <br />of funds after approval by the HRA. The total monthly fee is $422.92.
