REQUEST FOR HRA ACTION <br />Director's Approval: <br />,�� <br />Date: 8-31-09 <br />Item No: 6.c. <br />Agenda Section: <br />Consent Items <br />Item Description: Approval of Le�al Fees for May — June 2009 services (HF0079) <br />Requested Action <br />Approve, by consent, the payment of legal fees to Kennedy & Graven for services provided from <br />May — June 2009 per contract requirements. <br />Background <br />A contract between the HRA and the law firm of Kennedy & Graven was approved for 2009. <br />The contracts are reviewed and approved annually. <br />The Contract for Legal Services is on an hourly basis for time spent on HRA business.
