Member Pust <br />opined that the City Council should always remain open to new funding opportunities for the <br />common good; and that the HRA should continue to concentrate on funding in the conteat of <br />housing in order to become faiiiiliar with the products available in the marketplace. Member <br />Pust noted the expertise available by individual members of the HRA that was not evidenced <br />by individual Councilmembers. <br />9.
