Request for HRA Action <br />Date: 10-20-09 <br />Item No: 10.a. <br />Director Approval: Agenda Section: <br />� . <br />Action <br />Description: Comprehensive Multifamily Housing Needs Analysis (HF0083) <br />Requested Action: <br />The RHRA should officially accept the Final Comprehensive Multifamily Housing Needs <br />Analysis and forward to City Council for City use. <br />Background: <br />The RHIZA had a draft presentation of the Comprehensive Multifamily Housing Needs Analysis at <br />the August 31, 2009 by Maxfield Research. The analysis has been fully completed and a final copy <br />will be put on the RHRA web site for public use. Staff has enclosed the summary and <br />recommendations portion for the board review and discussion. <br />Requested RFIRA Action: <br />Accept the Comprehensive Multifamily Housing Needs Analysis that was completed by <br />Maxfield Research and to be forward to City Council for City use. <br />Prepared by: Jeanne Kelsey, Housing Program Coordinator <br />Attachments: A.
