Action/Discussion Items <br />a. Neighborhood Update and Discussion of Extension of Program <br />Codes Coordinator pon Munson provided members with a 2009 Neighborhood Enhancement <br />Program (NEP) mid-year update and requested a four-month eatension of the program. <br />Mr. Munson highlighted the NEP, as detailed in the Request for HRA Action dated August 31, <br />2009, and successful meering of the goals of the NEP Program, including a gr�i�public <br />awareness and their compliance with city codes, enhanced properry values a�l'`Yivability of <br />neighborhoods, as well as negative impacts to city's taY base. Mr. �nson reviewed <br />comparisons between 2008 and 2009; those random areas inspected to-d�t�� ��reakdown of <br />the types of violations; and reduced complaints between years. Mr. <br />Trudgeon noted that staff had urilized recommendarions of the full HRA Board at their recent <br />work session, in addition to discussion between staff and the subgroup finance committee.
