EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the twenty-third day of August, 1993, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1993 assessment roll for the following projects: M-92-01 P-90-02-19 ST-90-11 P-92-02-2 P-92-03 P-92-04 ST-92-11 P-92-02-54 P-92-02-63 P-92-02-72 ST-92-12 P-92-02-73 ST-92-13 P-92-02-74 ST-92-14 P-92-06 P-92-10 M-92-25 Diseased tree program Heinel Drive and Heinel Circle pavement Heinel Drive and Heinel circle storm sewer Troseth Road pavement Old Highway 8 pavement County Road C-2 pavement Troseth Road/Old Hwy. 8/County Road C-2 area storm sewer Sandhurst Drive pavement Shryer/Draper/oxford/Chatsworth area pavement Hilltop/Glenwood/Woodruff/Western area pavement Hilltop/Glenwood/Woodruff/Western area storm sewer McCarron St./Shady Beach/wagner Pl. area pavement McCarron St./Shady Beach/Wagner Pl. area storm sewer Galtier/Marion/Woodbridge ct./Dionne area pavement Galtier/Marion/Woodbridge Ct./Dionne area storm sewer Terrace Drive pavement Pascal/Commerce area pavement Terminal Road, rail crossing repair prepared by him with the assistance of the City Public Works Director as directed by the Council on and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. Councilmember Cushman then introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8968 RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARINGS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville, that the proposed 1992 assessment roll for the following projects: M-92-01, P-90-02-19, ST-90-11, P-92-02-2, P-92-03, P-92-04, ST-92-11, P-92-02-54, P-92-02-63, P-92-02-72, ST-92-12, P-92-02-73, ST-92-13, P-92-02-74, ST-92-14, P-92-06, P-92-10, M-92-25 now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notices that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessments on September 13, 1993, at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in the city of Roseville at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
