Extract of 11inutes of Heeting of the Village Council, Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, !ftinnesota, was duly held in the "Tillage Hall at 2701 North Lexington A~Tenue, St. Paul, Ninnesota, on Tuesday, the 2f\th day of ~lne, 1960, at 8:00 P.M. The following members were present: Cedarholm, Keene, Flanagan, Shields and the fOllowing were absent: Carlson Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONHENT OF ASSESSHENTS AS TO SANITARY SEVIER IMPROVEMENT NO.1, #358 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville., Hinnesota, as follows: HHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewc~r Improvement No.1 as finally Rmended and ado-;Jted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and TmEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and anportionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as prmrided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 and ~lliEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and comreyed b'T previous owners and 1.'JHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the o~iginal assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or cororeyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village. of Rosevi11e in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor a.gainst each parcel of pronerty thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter.
