The following members were preRents: Ce~~Tholm, Flanagan, Keene, Sheilds and the fl)llwwing weT'e absent: Carlson Trustee Shei]oq introduced the follow~rg resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLurrION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF AS~ESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY ~EWER IMPROVEMENT NO.2 # ~59 BE 1'1' RESOINED by the Vi.l.l i"ge Crl'l",cil of the VUI afje of Roseville, Minnesota, ~s follows: WHEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.2 as last fi,nalJ y amended and adopted 011 November 9, 1959, was fiT ed and certified to tbe County Auditor of Ramsey C01mty on D~cem'her 10, 1959, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along witb real estate taxes cornme~~ing in 1960, and WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original asse:csment roll as certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and WHEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County reQuires that apportionment of original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided sold or conveye~ by made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County AUditor against each parcel of property thereafter, after the same bas been conveyed and divided to commence with the assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter.
