<br />Housing & Redevelopment Authority <br />Roseville City Hall Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Minutes – Monday, August 31, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. <br />1.Call to Order <br />Chair Maschka called to order the regular meeting of the Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA) <br />in and for the City of Roseville at approximately 6:00 p.m. <br />2. Roll Call <br /> Present: <br />Members Michael Tracy; William Masche; Susan Elkins; and Chair Maschka; with <br />Member Tammy Pust arriving at approximately 6:15 p.m. <br />Excused: <br />Members Josh Fuhrman and Bill Majerus. <br />Staff Present: <br /> Executive Director Pat Trudgeon; Housing Coordinator Jeanne Kelsey; Matt Mullins <br />of Maxfield Research, Inc.; and Recording Secretary Sheila Stowell. <br />3.
