HRA Meeting <br />Minutes – Tuesday, February 16, 2010 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br /> <br />It was confirmed that the construction management consultant services were available to <br />  <br />Roseville residents, whether or not they participated in a loan program; including reviewing <br /> <br /> <br />actual work needed, prioritizing projects, names of licensed, insured and reputable contractors; <br />  <br />defining the scope of work; and inspecting work already done. <br /> <br /> <br />Members concurred with the need for HRC and RHRA staff to coordinate additional <br /> <br />marketing options for the HRC’s services and links to the RHRA. <br /> <br /> <br />Members of the public were reminded that the phone number for the HRC is 651/486-7401. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />9.Action Items <br /> <br />  <br />None. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />  <br />10.Information Reports & Other Business (Verbal Reports by Staff and Board Members): <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />a.Discuss Home and Garden Fair <br /> <br /> <br />In the absence of Housing Coordinator Kelsey, Mr. Trudgeon presented a synopsis of the <br /> <br /> <br />upcoming Living Smarter Home and Garden Fair, scheduled for Saturday, February 20, 2010 <br /> <br /> <br />from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Fairview Community Center. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />As a bench handout, Mr. Trudgeon provided an updated schedule of HRA members working <br />  <br />the RHRA boot; and provided a listing of the total of seventy (70) vendors, many new this <br /> <br /> <br />year; seminar offerings; door prizes provided through the generosity of the Roseville business <br />  <br />community; and read the list of sponsors and expressed appreciation to each of them of their <br />  <br />support and enthusiasm for the event. <br />  <br />  <br />b.Board & Staff Reports <br />  <br />  <br />12.
