<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
<br />!';ouncil of the \Tillage of Roseville, ICinnesota,lrjas duly held at the Villafe Hall
<br />in said Villa~e on Tuesday, the 19th day of July, 1960, at 2:00 P.I'j.
<br />
<br />The following members were present: Cedarhol~, Keene, Shields, Carlson, Flanagan,
<br />and the following Here absent: I'Tone
<br />
<br />Trustee Shields introduced and mo~!ed t.he adoption of the following resolution:
<br />

<br />FOR BIDS 1,1364
<br />
<br />HHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village Council on rugust 7,
<br />1959, the Village Engineers, BanisterEngineering Co., have prepared plans and
<br />specifications for Project 8 of Sanitary E;e1-ver Improvement no. 3 and ha"e
<br />presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approya1.
<br />
<br />THEREFORE, BE IT 'RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE CeTnCIL OF S.OSElTILLE, TJiEnT):::SOTA:
<br />
<br />1. Such plans and specifications., copies of which are attached hereto, and
<br />made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
<br />
<br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Hose
<br />Tribune, the official paper, and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for
<br />bids upon the malCLng of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications.
<br />The acrrertisement shall be published as required by lav.l, shall specify the Hork to
<br />be done, shall call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment f':'r such 1Nork" shall
<br />state that bids will be opened and considered by the council at 11:30 1\.1'.1. on
<br />August lR, 1960 in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, that no bids "nll
<br />be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash
<br />deposit or certified check payable to the Clerk for ten per cent (10%) of the
<br />amount of such bid and that the ad'-ertisement shall state a completion date of
<br />November 30, 1960.

<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution "ra" duly seconded by
<br />Trustee Flanagan, &'1d upon vote being taken the folloTtling yoted in fClYOr: All

<br />approving plans and specifications and ordering advertisement for bids for Project
<br />No.8, of Sanitary SevJer Improvement Fa. 3.
