<br />'TfEPEAS, on December 20, 1955., the VillaGe Council of Roseville, State
<br />of rtinnesota, did, by a ~esolution duly adopted, grant to the Poseville \1ater
<br />Company, Inc., its successors and assigns the right, permission, =.'ranchise and
<br />license to install and maintain Hater pipes in streets right-of-..J'ay in certain
<br />areas, and,
<br />
<br />"'lIr~REAS, the Village Council of Eoseville did, on the 16th day of September,
<br />1950, extend the terms of said original franchise, and,
<br />
<br />1IER.El\,S, the Roseville ';Tater Company, Inc. has requested perrnis sion of the
<br />Village of Roseville to install and maintain underground water pipes in certain
<br />additional areas within said Village,

<br />NOH, THEREFffiE, BE IT HESOLVEJ, by the Village Council of 'i'.oseirille,
<br />;Tinnesota, that the '1ose'ri118 "ater Company, Inc. its successors and assigns,
<br />be granted the right, perm:ission, franchise and license to install and ma.intain
<br />wa.ter pipes in the presently dedicated streets rights-of-11Tay and in all streets
<br />rights-of-l1Tay vmich may hereafter be laid out, platted and dedicated, in the
<br />area or areas hereinafter described, to-vrit:

<br />ffi IT FURT"JER EESOL \?ED, that the foregoing Resolution is sub.iect to the
<br />accentance by the Roseville Water Company, Inc., of the modifications and
<br />a.mendments hereinafter stated, "Tit.hin ten(lO) clays after the passap-e of this
<br />Resolution, otherwise the same shall be null and void; that upon saic1. acceptance,
<br />t' e rights, privileges, license and franchises hereby granted shall be subject
<br />to all of the terms, conditions and obligations as set forth in the former
<br />Resolu tions as amended herein.
