<br />3l~7 <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. j;t7l) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Transfer Railway Company, has given the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville an easement deed for road purposes for certain <br /> <br />streets to be known as Eustis Street and Rose Place and located in <br /> <br />section 8 as follows: <br /> <br />EUSTIS STREET from Co. Rd. C south to Northern Pacific RR RtN and, <br /> <br />ROSE PLACE, parallel to and adjacent to the south right-of-way <br /> <br />line of Northern Pacific Railway from a point 950,000 feet east <br />of the W line of Section 8, Northeasterly to a point 2000.00 feet <br /> <br />east of said section line, and, <br /> <br />'rJHEREAS, Northern Pacific Railway Company has given the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville the right to maintain a road crossing at grade for said <br /> <br />EUSTIS STREET, and, <br /> <br />VfdEREAS, Minnesota Transfer Company, as developer, has undertaken <br /> <br />to grade, stabilize, and blacktop or cause to be graded, stabilized, <br /> <br />and blacktopped, as industrial streets, said streets and railroad <br /> <br />crossing, and, <br /> <br />WFIEREAS, Minnesota Transfer Railway Company has filed and also <br /> <br />made its request for approval and final acceptance of said streets by <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Village Engineer has examined anq inspected said <br /> <br />streets and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of <br /> <br />said streets has been completed in accordance with all the requirements <br /> <br />of the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said streets, <br /> <br />as industrial streets, by the Village. <br /> <br />NOV1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets, ETJSTIS <br />STP~ET froTIl County Road C to Rose Place and ROSE PT~CE from a point 950.00 <br /> <br />feet east of the W line of Section 8 to a point 2000.00 feet east of said <br />
