Introductions/Roll Call <br />Commission members present: Randy Neprash, Jan Vanderwall, Ernie <br />Willenbring, and Jim DeBenedet <br />Commission members absent: None <br />Staff present: Duane Schwartz, Public Works Director; Deb Bloom, City <br />Engineer <br />Others present: None <br />2. Public Comments <br />None <br />3. Approval of October 23, 2007, Meeting Minutes <br />Member Willenbring asked for a clarification on Page 5, Paragraph 3: <br />"Member Vanderwall said as far as parking goes he thinks only flat <br />parking would work in Roseville." Member Willenbring wanted to <br />change flat to parallel. <br />On Page 3 during the Har Mar PUD discussion there had been no second <br />to the first motion, but Member Vanderwall said he had intended to <br />second it and asked that it be added to the minutes. <br />On Page 3, Item 7, Paragraph 4, Chair DeBenedet requested that the <br />statement "there would be a maintenance agreement with the watershed <br />district' be clarified to say the agreement would be between the property <br />owner and the watershed district. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
