Public Comments <br />None <br />3. Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />July 28, 2009 Meeting Minutes <br />Member Vanderwall moved to approve the minutes of the July 28, 2009 meeting <br />of the Public Works, Environment, and Transportation Commission. Member <br />DeBenedet seconded. Member Stenlund abstained from vote since he was not at <br />the July meeting. <br />Ayes: 2 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried <br />4. Communication Items <br />Construction Update <br />Duane Schwartz stated the street reconstruction project on Roselawn Avenue is <br />near completion.
