The purpose of this study is to determine the traffic impacts related to the proposed development, on both the existing adjacent roadway network and future roadway configurations planned for the Twin Lakes Park area. This study includes an operations analysis during the a.m. and pm. peak hours for existing and future build conditions (one and five years after opening}. We have also reviewed the impact this development has on previous Iand use assumptions used in the Twin Lakes AUAR Update, adopted by the City of Roseville in October, 2007. In addition, this review includes a year 2030 operations analysis in order to determine the impact, if any, the proposed development may have on previous outcomes reported.
