This clear water results in MCES charges for
treatment in addition to a surcharge for the peak flow rate.
Based on the analyses completed, we have provided some guidance subsequent analytical steps and
identification procedures, which can then be followed by rehabilitation of clear water sources. These are
basic steps and will be subject to future modification and adaptation as more data are developed. The
City's goal of 1/I reduction will require a long term commitment to continuously observe conditions and
rehabilitate sources as they are identified or they occur.
Thank you for the opportunity to work on this project and get to know some of the City staff. We are
available to discuss the contents of this report with you and other interested parties at any mutually
convenient time.
Sincerely, I hereby certify that this Report was prepared by me
BONESTR00 or under my direct supervision and that I am a duly
Cam, Licensed Professional Engineer under the laws of the
~11~(~pt State of Minnesota.
Charles Ja i /~ ~ , ~~
Project Manager ~JV1
Charles R.
