This <br />position will also strengthen our ability to provide in-house engineering of the <br />replacement and rehabilitation of utility infrastructure anticipated for the next three <br />decades. <br />• Meet watershed district rules and goals in the areas of infiltration, total maximum <br />daily loading and wetland restoration. <br />• Reduce the City's carbon footprint by understanding that impact and creating <br />achievable and reasonable goals and implementing an action plan. <br />Measuring Results <br />Establish performance measures in all areas of 1'ubl.ic Works through: <br />• Surveys of satisfaction levels of various services <br />• Cost of service analysis for major programs and services <br />• Market comparisons for engineering services for project delivery <br />• Tracking of infrastructure failures and. blockages to ensure positive trends <br />• Tracking of infrastructure replacement and rehabilitation for compliance with <br />capital improvement goals <br />• Continuous measurement of pavement conditions and ratings to maintain current <br />overall condition index and. customer satisfaction <br />• Continuous improvement in records accuracy and availability for management of <br />infrastructure and services <br />• Establishment and implementation of action plan for reduction of carbon footprint <br />and sustainability of our environment <br />• Measure employee satisfaction regarding career development, advancement <br />opportunities, workplace environment, and expectations <br />• Assessment of partnerships to ensure positive financial return and achievement of <br />goals and objectives <br />Page 6 of 7 <br />
