<br />Designations are based upon generalizing the I-35W
<br />Existing Land Use Scheme as adapted by the I-35W
<br />Coalition in 1998.

<br />Residential
<br />(Shown on map as soec~c designations defined below)
<br />Land containing a building or portion thereof used exclusively for
<br />residential purposes, including one-family, two-family, and multiple-family
<br />dwellings, but not inducting hotels, motels, and boarding and lodging
<br />houses, nursing homes, or elderly care facliiies; or open space within or
<br />related to a residential development, not in individually awned lots ar
<br />dedicated far public use, but which is designed and intended for the
<br />common use or enjoyment of the residents of the development.
<br />Residential land use is categorized by density (dwelling unitslacre) by
<br />dividing the total number of units an each parcel by the parcel area.
<br />'Note: Residential properties with a density of less than one unit per
<br />twenty acres may be designated as Agricultural if a majority of the land is
<br />used for agricultural production (Hohby Farms).
