Extracts of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 16th day of August, 1960, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Cedarholm, Keene, Carlson, Shields and and the following were absent: none Flanagan Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESJLUTION RELATING 'ID APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS B.ELA TING TO SANIT.ARY SE':'JER IMPROVEHENT NO. 2 No. 373 BE IT REEDLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ninnesota, as fo llows: v\ffiEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 as last finally amended and adopted on November 9, 1959, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 10, 1959, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commending in 1960, and i1-HEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and WEREAS the Countydudi tor of Ransey County requires that apportionment of original assessment against each original tract where it has 1 ateI' been divided, sold or conveyed be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of proper~f thereafter, after the same has been conveyed and divided, to commence with the assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter. N01N" THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of an original assessment as contained in said assessment roll of November 9, 1959 against the following described properties: Original Assessment: Rei ling Park La ts 12 <1nd 13 ;$1,350.00 No. 1569 Apporti onment S 10 ft of lot 12 & all of lot 13 737.50 Ex S 10 ft; lot 12 612.50 The Village Clerk of the Village of Roseville is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota.
