Duane Schwartz asked for feedback on where there should be further research, <br />information or parts of the policy that need to be rewritten or expanded. Member <br />Gjerdingen suggested sidewalks should be included with roads. Member <br />Vanderwall suggested areas A, B and C could be combined into one item that <br />talks about the 25% of the cost of a project being assessed from the residents. <br />Member Stenlund suggested there be a policy about additional enhancements like <br />red concrete requests by residents. <br />A resident, John Kysylyczyn, talked about special assessments and how <br />assessments are different from property taxes. He brought several handouts for <br />the commission to review. <br />10.
