As shown, the associated impacts <br />and allocated pavement maintenance costs for a districted system <br />are essentially half that for the current open competition system <br />based on the noted assumptions. <br />The effect of changes to the assumed number of vehicle passes <br />for the open competition system and/or a districted collection <br />system listed above can be determined using the information <br />Section 2 - 5 <br />
