Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey State of rv'innesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesdqy, the 16th day of August, 1960, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: Cedarholm, Keene, Carlson, Shields and Flanagan and the following were absent: none Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTI ON Pc.EIA TING 'ID AFPORTION]',mNT OF ASSESSMENTS AS TO SANITARY SEHER IJV',PROVEMENT NO. 1 No. 374 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: 1tJHEREAS, the assessment ro 11 for Sani tarySewer Improvement No. 1 as finally amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, and, ~rnEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportion- ment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 2)\, 1958 at which time assess- ments for Sanita~ Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Aurli tor of Rcmsey County on September 5, 1958 and ~ffiEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment ro 1] as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of propert.y thereafter, commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter.
