From our close interaction with city staff; attendance at neighborhood events, and hundreds of <br />conversations with Roseville residents, we can see that Roseville is strongly committed to <br />increasing the environmental and economic benefits of their recycling program. We believe the <br />city is now well positioned to implement our recommendations for the 2010 work plan and <br />further improve Roseville's recycling program in 2010.
