<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, RAlvrSEY <br />COUNTY, ~INNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the \Tillage Council of <br />the Village of Roseville, llinnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said Village <br />On Tuesday, August 23, 1960, at 8:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cedarholm, Flanagan, Keene, Shields, Carlson <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Trustee Shields then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 375 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPl'ING BID FOR PROJECT NO. B <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to amrertisement for bids for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3, <br />Project No.8 according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office <br />of the Clerk of said Village, said bids were received on August 18 at 11:30 A.M., <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying <br />with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Robert 'lpT. Moore <br />F. Morettini, Inc. <br />Orfei & Sons <br />Lametti & Sons, Inc. <br />Peter Lametti & Sons <br /> <br />$308,379.50 <br />319,930.00 <br />286,480.55 <br />261,020.40 <br />295,522.50 <br /> <br />lrffiEREAS it appears that Lametti & Sons of st. Paul, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible <br />bidder, at the tabulated price of $261,030.40. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT F~SOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into <br />a contract with Lametti & Sons for $261,030.40 in the name of the Village of Roseville <br />for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3, Project No.8, according to the plans and <br />specifications thereof heretofore approved by the Village Council and on file in <br />the office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith <br />to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except the deposits of the successful <br />bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Member Keene and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: All, and the following voted against: None, whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA )SS <br />CO UNTY OF R,\MSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly ~alified and acting Village Clerk of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certifY that I have carefully compared <br />the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of meeting of the Village Council held <br />on August 23, 1960, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is <br />a full, true and compJe te transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to <br />accepting bids for Project No. 8 of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3. <br /> <br />'\-TITNESS MY HAND AS SUCH Clerk the <br />August, 1960. <br /> <br />corpora~~ ':f said Village ,this 23rd day of <br /> <br />/ :%.?,~ UP'l~/ r<-'Z <br />V age Clerk <br />
