<br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council
<br />of the Village of Roseville, Minne~ota,was held at the Council Chamberf in the
<br />Village Hall in said Village on the 23rd of August, 1060, at 8:00 o'clock P.M.
<br />The following members were present: All ~

<br />SANITARY S~I;}IER IMPHOVEMENT BONIS, Si-;;Rn~S H
<br />
<br />BE IT HESOLVEI by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville,Minnesota,
<br />as follows:
<br />1. It is hereby found and determined that it if neeesll1P'Y at the present
<br />time to issue and sell improvement bonds of the Village in tie amount of
<br />$1,000,000 for the purpose of providing moneys for the payment of remaining carts
<br />of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3, in accordance with the provisions of the
<br />resolution adopted June 26, 1956 entitled "Resolution Creating Sanitary Sewer
<br />Improvement Bond Sinking Fund, Au thorizing tile Issuance of $1,000,000 Sanitary
<br />Sewer Improvement Bonds, Series A, and Establishing the Form and Terms Thereof".

<br />2. This Cuoncil shall meet at the time and place specified in the form of
<br />notice herein contained, for the purpose of recieving, opening and consicering
<br />sealed bids for and awarding the sale of said ae di tional bondr, and trle Village
<br />Clerk is Hereby authorized and lirected to cause notice of the time, place and
<br />purpose of said meeting to be published in the RaFe Tribune and in Commerical
<br />West, Minneapolis, Minnesota, not less than 10 d,3YS prior to t'e date of said
<br />meetmng, which notice stall be in substantially the following form:

<br />NOTICE IS HEREBy GIVEN that the Council 0: the Village of Roseville,
<br />Minnesota, will meet in the C01illCil Chambers of the Village Hall in raid Vilbge
<br />at 8:00 o'clock P.M., Central Standard Time, on Thursday, the ??nd day of
<br />September, 1960, to recieve, open and consider Fealed bids for and award the fale
<br />of its negotiable coupon general obligation Sanitary Sewer Improvement BondI',
<br />Series H, in the principal amount of $1,000,000, to be issued to pay expenses
<br />incurred and to be incurred in the conftruction of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3,
<br />pursuant to the provisions an6 under the 811thority of Minnesota Statute:'" 1957,
<br />Chapter 429, as amended. Said bonds will be dates Oct~ber 1, 1960, will be in the
<br />denomination of' $1,000 each: will bear interest at the rate or rate:=" to be
<br />defignated by the sucessful bidder in integral multiples of 1/4 or i/l0 of 1% per
<br />annum, payable October 1, 1961, and semiannually thereafter on April 1 and October 1
