<br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />31 B <br /> <br />WHEREAS, KARROIJ SHORES is a plat wi thin the Village of Roseville and <br /> <br />therein HElNEL DRIVE is a dedicated street, and, <br /> <br />WHERE,\S, JOH~J BOUTHlLET, pursuant to certain provisions of Village <br /> <br />Ordinance, has undertaken to grade and stabilize, or cause to be graded and <br /> <br />stabilized, and has duly filed his bond for the completion of construction <br /> <br />of said street within said plat as follows: <br /> <br />BElNEL DRIVE from the east line of Karrol Shores Plat wester~ 900 feet, <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />v-JPEREAS, John Bouthilet, has filed and also made his request for approval <br /> <br />and the final acceptance of said street by the Village, and, <br /> <br />'WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said street <br /> <br />and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of s~id streets <br /> <br />has been completed in accordance with all the requirements of Village Ordinance <br /> <br />and recommends the acceptance of said street by the Village. <br /> <br />NOVI, THEEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that HEINEL DRIVE from the east line <br /> <br />KARROL SHORES plat westerly 900 feet located in said plat, be and is hereby <br /> <br />accepted by the Village of Roseville as a Village street and JOHN BOUThLIET, <br /> <br />as developer, and Anchor Casualty Company, as bonding company, be and are <br /> <br />hereby released fran, any further liability for construction and maintenance <br /> <br />Adopted by the Village Council this <br /> <br />l tt. <br />I <br /> <br />,; <br />;J <br />~ <br />day of. , " <br /> <br />of said street. <br /> <br />1960. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />. /) <br />// <br />~ 2{j/~ <br />
