<br />RESOLUTION >S, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved <br />and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation <br />of a sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by <br />proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of <br />underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be <br />installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, main- <br />tenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances <br />to an approximate depth of from 18 to 20 feet, together with ingress <br />and egress over and through the following described land in Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />The southerly 20 feet of the northerly 53 feet of the <br />North 400 feet of that part of the NE~ of the NW~ of <br />Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, lying west of land <br />platted as Lake Johanna Homes, except the East 250 <br />feet thereof, <br /> <br />RESOLVED further, that Beldin H.
