<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />:IF J~ I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved <br />and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation <br />of a sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />w~EREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by <br />proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of <br />underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be <br />installed, maintained and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, main- <br />tenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances <br />to an approximate depth of from 6 to 10 feet, together with ingress <br />and egress over and through the following described land in Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />The easterly 25 feet of the northerly 100 feet <br />and the southerly 10 feet of the easterly 130 feet <br />of the South 110 feet of that part of Government Lot <br />4, Section 2, Township 29, Range 23, lying East of <br />the centerline of Victoria Street, except the East <br />390 feet thereof and except the Northern Pacific <br />right of way. <br /> <br />RESOLVED further, that Beldin H.
