::> '/ '" ~"~ "" ---- Extract of ~unutes of Meeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville County of Ramsey State of t1innesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Hinnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 North Lexington,Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tues- day, the 27th day of September, 1960, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The follwoing members were present: 11ayor Cedarholm, Trustees Carlson, Flanagan and Shields. and the following were absent: Trustee Keene. Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION HELATrJG TO APPORTIO"f\]}TENT OF ASSESSTIiENTS AS TO SANITARY SE\:JER n1PHOVEHENT NO. 1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, i-linnesota, as follows: lrlHEREAS, the a ssessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Imnrovement No. 1 as finally amended and adopted on October h, 1957, was certified with the County Auditor of Ramsey County and, 'rJHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and a'Jpor- tionment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement liTo. 1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 2L~, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and ,piled in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 195P, and ~IT1EREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said a ssessment roll as amended have been divided and cororeyed by previous property owners and 'v'JHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of RoseiTille in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing wit~ an assess- ment to be collected in the year 1960 and thereafter.
