The services of <br />the HRC since 2000 have assisted 2,200 re sidential property owners which have <br />resulted in over $3.6 million in additional private investment in Roseville homes <br />throughout the community. Many of these lo an dollars were le veraged with other <br />bank or owner funding. <br /> <br />In 2005, participation in the HRC c ontinued with 434 residents served, 767 <br />different services provided, $56,478 in 17 loans issued and $165,000 in 7 state and <br />county loans.
