Call to Order: <br /> <br />Chair Majerus called the regular meeting fo r November 15, 2005 of the Housing & <br />Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville to order at 7:00 p.m. at the City of <br />Roseville, Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive. <br /> <br />2. Roll Call: <br /> <br />Present: Majerus, Scheunemann, Bean, Millasovich, Maschka, Kelsey <br /> <br />Absent: none <br /> <br />Staff Present: Cathy Bennett, Dennis Welsch Council Present: None <br /> <br />Others Present: Gina Ciganik & Phillip Schaffner of Central Community Housing Trust <br />(CCHT) - (guest speakers) <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes: <br /> <br />Motion : Member Millasovich moved, seconded by Member Maschka, to approve the minutes of <br />October 18, 2005 regular meeting.
