Roseville HRA Executive Directory and Support Staff Quarterly Report <br />October-December 2005 <br /> <br /> <br />Executive Director 4 rd Quarter Highlights: <br /> <br />The majority of the fourth quarter of 2005 was spent on the rental licensing ordinance which <br />involved research, ordinance drafting, hearing preparation and notices and the request for <br />proposals for inspection services. Approximately 128 hours was spent on the HRA meetings and <br />meeting preparation (report preparation, research, phone calls, attending meetings). In addition, <br />the HRA Executive Director prepared one Housing Link, one article for the Roseville Newsfax and <br />reviewed one Housing Redesign Application. The HRA staff also held preliminary meetings with <br />proposed redeveloper for one of Roseville’s largest multi family housing complexes. <br />Staff continued to spend a significant time on the 2006 Home & Garden Fair including 2 meeting <br />with the Coordinating Committee, processing of applications, preparation for information on the <br />City Web page and seminar selections. Staff facilitated two loan satisfactions.
