RHRA_ Housing Redesign Program Application (1-17-06) - Page 2 of 2 <br />under the program guidelines. <br /> <br />3.2 The project (as attached) provides an addition to the back and side of the existing rambler <br />style home and includes an expanded garage, new family room and a master bedroom <br />and bath. The project also includes a new entry attached to the front of the existing <br />home. The home had previously included the addition of a new family room off the <br />back. The home will be completely resided and include a new and updated façade. <br /> <br />3.3 The Rose’s are empty nesters who want to stay in Roseville. One of the family members <br />is recently retired and the other plans to retire in the next year. The eligibility criteria for <br />home value, household income and improvement value established by the HRA in 2004 <br />has been achieved. The addition will provide the Rose’s with a single level home <br />renovation that will allow them to age in place but also create new value and amenities <br />for future families in Roseville.
