<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />''?~ ..., <br />'1 <br />NO.-:=>, \.-) <br /> <br />:rJHEREAS, C.1:1 Michael and Anna N. ~Tichael have platted C T:J l'~JCHAEL <br /> <br />FIFTH ADDITION and therein dedicated certain streets known as SEXTANT <br /> <br />AVENUE And TRANSIT AmruE, and, <br />v-JHEREAS, Fr~cis \^Tagner d/b/a/ Rose Plumbing, pursuant to certain <br /> <br />provisions of Village Ordinance, has undertaken to grade and stabilize <br /> <br />or cause to be graded and stabilized and has duly filed his bond for <br /> <br />the completion of construction of said streets within said plat as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />SEXTANT AVENUE from Grotto Street1:D Transit Avenue, and <br /> <br />TRANSIT AVENUE from Sextant Avenue to east line of said plat, and, <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Francis Wagner a/b/a Rose Plumbing has filed and also <br /> <br />made his request for approval and the final acceptance of said streets <br /> <br />by the Village of Rosevi11e, and, <br /> <br />\:JHEREAS the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said <br /> <br />streets and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of <br /> <br />said streets has been completed in accordance with all the requirements <br /> <br />of the Village Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said streets <br /> <br />by the Village. <br /> <br />NOtl 'JIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streetsSEXTANT <br /> <br />AVENUE from Grotto Street to Transit AvenUE3 and TRATlJSIT AVENUE from <br /> <br />Sextant Avenue to the east line of C W Midhael Fifth Addition be and <br /> <br />are hereby accepted by the Village of Roseville as Village streets, and <br /> <br />that Francis Wagner d/b/a Rose Plumbing, as contractor, and Fidelity <br /> <br />and Deposit Company of Maryland, as bonding company, be and are hereby <br /> <br />re1eased from any further liability for construction and maintenance <br /> <br />of said streets. <br />
