Husby and Sons as developer has platted Husby Northview Addition <br /> <br />and therein dedicated certain street known as PASCAL STREET and pursuant <br /> <br />to certain provisions of Village Ordinance, has undertaken to grade and <br /> <br />stabilize or cause to be graded and stabilized and has duly filed its <br /> <br />bond for the completion of construction of said street from Transit Avenue <br /> <br />to Brooks Avenue, and, <br /> <br />l:JHEREAS, O. J. Husby and Sons has filed and also made its request for <br /> <br />appraisal and the final acceptance of said street by the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said streets, <br /> <br />anrl filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said street <br /> <br />has been completed in accordance with all the requirements of the Village <br /> <br />Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said street by the Village. <br /> <br />NOvl THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the the following street located in <br /> <br />CrtCIE VIE;v and HUSBY NORTHVIE/l ADDITION as follows: <br /> <br />PASCAL STREET from Transit Avenue to Brooks Avenue <br /> <br />be an d is hereby accepted by the Village of Roseville as a Village street, <br /> <br />and that Ole J. Husby, Oscar J. Husby, and Joseph M. Husby, dba O. J.
