PLAT 2 and therein dedicated certain street known as JU"iLTH AVEN1JE, <br /> <br />and pursuant to certain provisions of Village Ordinance, has undertaken to <br /> <br />grade and stabilize or cause to be graded and stabilized and has duly filed <br /> <br />his bond for the comp13tion of construction of said street, ISO ft. from <br /> <br />Griggs to tl~ east line of said plats, and, <br /> <br />~~REAS, George J. Reiling has filed and also made his request for <br /> <br />approval and final acceptance of said street by the Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said street <br /> <br />and filed his certificate indicating that said street has been completed in <br /> <br />accordance vnth all the requirements of Village Ordinance and recommends <br /> <br />the acceptance of said street by the Village. <br /> <br />NOW THER.BFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that JUf'ITH AVENUE, located in NORTHRII'GE <br /> <br />PIAT I & PLAT 2 from GRIGGS TO EAST LINE of said plats be and is hereby <br /> <br />accepted by the Village of Roseville as a Village Street, and that <br /> <br />George J. Reiling, as developer, and U. S.
