<br />RESOLUTION NO. 386 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by resolution <br />dated August 8, 1960, classified as nonconservation land certain parcels lying <br />within the limits of the Village of Ros~rille; and <br /> <br />~~REAS, A certified copy of the classification resolution together <br />with a list of the land classified has been submitted for apprO'lral of the classi- <br />fication and sale of the land classified in accordance with MSA, Section 282.01, <br />Subdivision 1; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classification of the land shown <br />on said list as nonconservation land be and hereby is approved, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the tract of land designated as Notice No. <br />33193 be and hereby is approved for sale but that those two tracts OT land <br />designated as Notice Nos. 33192 and 33194 be not approved for sale purposes, <br />it being the intention of the Village of Roseville to make application for <br />the transfer of said tracts to the Village for road purposes. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Village Clerk be and hereby is directed <br />to file a certified copy of this resolution in the oTfice of the Land Commis- <br />sioner. <br /> <br />STATE OF ~'lPJNESOTA ~ <br />COUNTi OF RAHSEY ) <br /> <br />55 <br /> <br />I, George W.
