<br />RESOLTJTION NO. 388 <br /> <br />liHER.EAS IT appears that Petrowske and Ross of Minneapolis, Minnesota <br />is the lowest responsible bidder, at the tabulated price of $33,920.00 <br /> <br />OOvl THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into a contract with Petrowske and Ross for $33,920.00 in the name of the <br />Village of Roseville for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3, Project No.9, <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br />Villaf!e Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return <br />forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids except the deposits <br />of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a <br />contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Member Carlson and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in fffiror thereof: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Carlson, Flanagan and Shields. and the following voted against: None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />
