Roseville HRA Executive Director Quarterly Report <br />January-April 2006 <br /> <br /> <br />Executive Director 1 st Quarter Highlights: <br /> <br />The first quarter of 2006 was spent on a variety of annual planning items such as contract <br />renewals, budgeting and work plan development. In addition, a fair amount of time was spent on <br />the rental licensing final ordinance, hearing preparation, final recommendation and interviewing <br />inspection companies. Approximately 82 hours was spent on the HRA meetings and meeting <br />preparation (report preparation, research, phone calls, attending meetings). In addition, the HRA <br />Executive Director prepared one Housing Link, two articles for the Roseville Newsfax, reviewed <br />one Housing Redesign Application and prepared modification to the Housing Redesign eligibility <br />criteria. The HRA staff also held additional meetings with proposed redeveloper for one of <br />Roseville’s largest multi family housing complexes. <br />Staff continued to spend a significant time on the 2006 Home & Garden Fair including meeting with <br />the Coordinating Committee, finalizing exhibitor space and seminars, final preparation for the event <br />and attendance at the event for a total of 66 hours. <br /> <br />Staff facilitated two loan satisfactions.
