RHRA_ Consent for financial and admin services (06-20-06) - Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />2.3 In addition to these items the HRA funds the services of an Executive Director and <br />Attorney through a contract. The contract is approved annually and a summary of the <br />costs, time spent and work items are summarized quarterly for the HRA’s acceptance <br />and approval. Both the Executive Director and Attorney costs are billed at an hourly <br />rate for time spent on HRA items. <br /> <br />3.0 Staff Recommended Action <br /> <br />Staff is recommending the approval, by consent, of the transfer of funds for financial services in <br />the amount of $273 and support staff services in the amount of $191 for June 2006 per contract <br />with the City of Roseville for HRA activities. <br /> <br />In addition, the HRA Executive Director can answer additional questions the HRA Board may <br />have regarding the contract for city services and outside private contracts. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Prepared by: Cathy Bennett (651-792-7015) <br /> <br />
