EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />HOUSING & REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE <br /> <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing & <br />Redevelopment Authority, in and for the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 20 th day of June, <br />2006 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION SUPPORTING AN APPLICATION FOR MINNESOTA <br />HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY FUNDI NG FOR THE RENOVATION AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT OF HAR MAR AP ARTMENTS IN ROSEVILLE BY <br />CENTRAL COMMUNITY HOUSING TRUST <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, applications are being ac cepted by Minnesota Housing Financing <br />Agency for multi-family housing funds on June 20, 2006; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Roseville Housing & Redevelopment Authority (HRA)’s <br />Housing Plan includes the support of oppor tunities for affordable housing and the <br />renovation of multi-family housing; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the HRA’s 2006 housing prio rity action steps include pursuing <br />partnerships with other pub lic, private and non-profit housing providers to implement the <br />housing goals; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Central Community Housi ng Trust’s proposal for the Har Mar <br />Apartments includes the renovation and development of new affordable housing <br />opportunities in Roseville; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed project is with in the existing redevelopment project <br />area of the City of Roseville; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed project is c onsistent with the HRA’s Housing Plan <br />which is part of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. <br />
