<br />Roseville Senior Linkage Project <br /> <br />Roseville Planned Unit Developme nt requirements for Senior Housing <br />Developments <br /> <br />The following are the requirements: <br /> <br />▫ Senior Circulator Plan from Senior Housing to Services. The developer <br />shall prepare and file with this PUD an initial plan for regularly scheduled <br />transportation of residents from the senior housing proj ect to services <br />within the community. <br /> <br />▫ Senior Housing Marketing and Linkage Programs. As a part of the City <br />and RHRA program to encourage choi ce and opportunity in housing, the <br />developers of this project shall prepare and file with this PUD an initial <br />plan and program which will market and promote this senior housing <br />project to Roseville residents for at l east 60 days prior to marketing to the <br />broader community. The developer shall also agree to participate in the <br />Roseville Senior Linkage Program (RSLP) by promoting it, as part of the <br />project sales program, to each potential purchaser or renter in the project. <br /> <br />▫ In addition, the developers of this pr oject must provide a status report to <br />the City and RHRA one year after fu ll occupancy regarding the number of <br />residents that moved from existing si ngle family homes in Roseville, how <br />many took advantage of the RSLP a nd the demographic characteristics <br />regarding those that purchased the single family homes from the new <br />resident, such as a range of ages, family size and where they moved to <br />Roseville from. <br />
