Motion: Member Kelsey moved, seconded by Member Bean, to amend HRA loan programs <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Ownership Loan Program increase from a limit of $10,000 to $20,000. <br /> <br />Family Ownership Loan Program increase its size from $25,000 to $35,000, eliminate <br />the valuation criteria and provide a $2,500 income credit per child. <br /> <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />9. Information, Reports and Other Business <br /> <br />a. Discuss Parking Ordinance Options for Planning Commission - <br /> <br />Community Development Director Dennis Wels ch requested HRA input regarding their <br />expectation of the Planning Commission in modifying the parking requirements as it <br />relates to rental housing. <br /> <br />Member Kelsey suggested that this wait until the CAG was established. <br /> <br />Member Bean wanted to make sure that this was one of the first items addressed once the <br />process is started. <br /> <br />b. Board and Staff Reports <br /> <br />Chair Majerus reported on the joint Roseville Sc hool Board and City Council meeting with the <br />discussion surrounding the needs for community facilities. <br /> <br />Executive Director Bennett mentioned that the H ousing Link will be coming out with the City <br />Newsletter at the end of April. <br /> <br />10.
